@anking-maintainers afebrile unless septic is correct + I edited several other features to more in line with UW QID and AMBOSS (chemosis + hypopyon)

Even if we reject the febrile vs. afebrile change, I like the current changes of changing from L eye to unilateral eye and other medical terminology for the exam findings.
Would not be rejecting that part, it is an accurate change (sorry if I was unclear there)

You weren’t unclear about that - just wanted to make sure that doesn’t get lost if we rejected the other changes.
