Definitely agree this should be aspirin + statin. Statins just weren’t an answer option in the question.
Just did the UW question I believe this is based on; coming back to this. Think this suggestion is actually more to the point. Patient had an inducible ischemia on stress test → Which of the following provides the most benefit? Answer is anti-platelet (and high intensity statin if it were an option) specifically to reduce risk of myocardial infarction.
We should include both in the cloze to make the card more generalizable rather than hyper-specific to a single UW Q
