This isn’t new information to the card. Arm “extension, slight ABduction, with external rotation” is already included in the extra field. However, it is advantageous to see how to set up this test quickly when reviewing this card. Currently, that info is lost in the extra field.
Ah, Thanks! TBH, we don’t always have time to look at each suggestion in-depth, so if the rationale doesn’t have a source, I have to just move on 
(in the future you could just say something like “Info already in the extra” or “____ fields”
With that being said I think there is already a bunch of repeat info in the extra and that would just make it worse. I do like it at the top though so Ima move some stuff around
