We do ask, and require, that we have a bit of context and rationale in order to be able to consider and approve them. For UWorld tags, we’d need some rationale to justify why the card should be tagged, how that information is necessary to answer the question, etc. There are some basic instructions for how, and what, we ask for in terms of rationales as regards submission suggestions here: AnKing MCAT Deck Submission Guidelines
