@anking-maintainers AMBOSS says “abnormal plasma cells”, this seems like overkill to me

unless its been tested in that exactness of a phrase i’d say the “plasma cells” Is sufficient. People already struggle with heme/lymph stuff as it is. no need to dirty the water unnecessarily.
