I completely agree with this. But I think having “disease” and “dementia” outside the cloze makes it too easy to just remember the card by word association, as opposed to factual recall. I would recommend putting those in the cloze. or Just having a {{c3:: Parkinson disease and Lewy body dementia:: 2}}
I say we take that up with a different suggestion after this one is pushed. I’d support, but I also think that, at least for LBD, word association is a lost cause bc you’re already given the word “lewy body” elsewhere in the Text

I would vote for adding Lewy body dementia to the extra field since both Cloze 1 and Cloze 3 won’t require a lot of effort anymore since the phrase Lewy Body will always be present regardless of the cloze you’re testing yourself on.
