I was going to say that morphine is a common enough drug that it’s important to know, however on reflection, I’m not sure how much use this card is, as it’s far too black and white. Many hospice patients will have significant opiate tolerance, and this would be cruelly low (even without, it still feels quite low - I’ve certainly given plenty more than that to patients). In addition, how common is IV morphine in EOL in the US? Here if we were giving morphine at that stage, it would usually be subcutaneous via syringe driver, rather than IV. Finally, agree re tags, I wouldn’t consider this psych-related.
