That is sort of the crux there.

Unfortunately there are multiple details in the card that are not mentioned in that particular section of the text, and so as such based on tagging guidelines it won’t be a natural candidate there, I’m sorry to say.

The very short version is: if it’s not directly mentioned in a resource then broadly it is not considered appropriate for tagging by that resource (there are multiple reasons for this). It is the case that no single resource is 100% comprehensive, and so not all cards can possibly be tagged by a single resource. This is a natural limitation of any given resource, or source, as well as how the deck is natively compiled (and maintained).

If you have any other questions, though, please feel free to share them and happy to do my best. I’ll leave the other suggestions up for a couple-few days if you’d like to double-check any of them, amend or remove any, etc. But, without supporting citation and rationale I’m not sure that the maintainer team will have the bandwidth to go through and vet each one individually, particularly without said citation and/or any confusion as to pertinence in the tags themselves.

There is more general information here that can be handy and useful as to how we go about organizing suggestion requests and the like, if it’s helpful:
