nid:1558538564723 is essentially the same information which can be turned into another cloze that would include both the pathology “Condylar/OA compression” and the structure affected “cranial nerve XII”
It might be more clear if both of those componenets were in the same note with different clozes

@taylorwilko Yes this is part of the standard procedure with dupe/merge, we move everything from all fields and tags onto the card being preserved
I’m going to run the merge of these two cards, But I actually think with the context of “condylar compression” + “presentation” even the hint “nerve” is probably unnecessary.
