Should we add a hint at the end of the question as, “(besides osteoporosis)”?
I think the proposed change is more specific since it could be many other things like hyperparathyroidism. Do you agree or is there something I’m missing?
I don’t see why we have to keep the “grocery bag” hint in it, the question itself mentions that it is a pathological fracture, what are your thoughts on rewording it to something like:
“What is the most serious diagnosis to rule out in an older patient presenting with a pathologic fracture?”
I think thats a good idea, especially because the way this card is written makes it sound like its just pulled from a Uworld or NBME question, and I think we should avoid spoilers for practice questions like that in the deck. However, that big of a change should probably be its own new suggestion because there’s already 4 likes on this one. I’ll push this change now and look through some practice questions to see if I can find if this is a spoiler detail or not and make that suggestion if I do find one.
