Also in general, I highly doubt Step will ever test on something that is only in one case report so this is probably super low yield info
AMBOSS also says these soap bubble lesions (AKA gelatinous pseudocysts) are most commonly found in the basal ganglia. This change has been suggested about a thousand times since we originally changed it; support reverting to just gray matter to match the Sketchy tbh

Yeah I support that - can also put a note in the extra saying also found in white matter to a lesser extent
100% support reverting to gray matter only
Think it might be best to remove the cloze from “white” matter and just changing to “white and gray” without a cloze (or just brain without white / gray). Amboss and FAS1 both just list “soap-bubble lesions in brain”
Support either way, looked at history and we changed based on a case report (…) but regardless we need to add rationale in extra
Can we just remove this cloze? or cloze something else?
Would be fine with removing cloze, don’t think location is HY at all
Removed cloze and added to extra section - we okay with this?
