In the colorectal world this is true, I feel like this should specify its USPSTF and keep it 50 as thats still grade A and thats what the usmle follows till now not a single nbme has this covered as 45. If someone has seen a uworld question or amboss that has 45 correct and 50 wrong please feel free to chime in but from what ive seen this is still 50 in terms of boards
