I think it’s a good addition that cytochrome c is a 1 e- carrier and I recall this question from the sample. However (from my understanding) QH2 is a 2 electron carrier and 2 e- travels from QH2 to two cytochrome c molecules (in a more complex process than what is covered by the books). I’m not sure if how this is currently worded makes this unclear/implies QH2 is a 1e- carrier.

Yeah, this card is not talking about or referencing cytochrome C’s carrying ability specifically; it’s talking about the Q process as a whole.

The Q cycle, broadly, is responsible for transfer of electrons, not singular. I think the card’s phrasing as-is sticks the landing better

Any opinion on an extra section note in this card that Qh2 holds two e- and each cytochrome c is a 1e- carrier? Just given that this cytochrome c fact was tested in the Fl.

Doesn’t seem like it would hurt.

Small caveat: we don’t want to set the standard of necessarily including every single detail that is testable, as that will never be the goal of the deck (or attainable), and I have to imagine this is a potentially somewhat low-yield detail

But, that being said, I’m not opposed to its inclusion. Small addition, doesn’t do a ton of harm. Double-bonus if it’s mentioned in a primary source which would make the decision that much easier
