One thing that always trips me up is what the difference is between extra and intravascular hemolysis in terms of how they release bilirubin into the blood. I think having a small section in the extra there would help.
Would prefer saying “GI tract” or “intestines” rather than “gut.”
Beyond that would recommend trying to condense the extra field as it’s pretty lengthy.
