Although I understand your point of view, I think the card is good as it is.

Agree with comment above; the reason these drugs work in BPH is because they are blocking formation of the major active androgen in the prostate. Feel wording as is conveys point better
@Cameron according to AMBOSS DHT is the most potent, but not the only growth factor in the prostate. i would suggest adding âDHT is the most potent prostatic growth factorâ to extra and push the change, bc i think the wording here is awful
