I think it’s confusing to say “downstream” as you’ve put it. Downstream from the DCT and CD? In my understanding, it’s not happening downstream from the DCT/collecting duct, but at the DCT and (mostly) collecting duct. Feel that the wording is fine as is when taken in context of the Text of the main card

Amboss and Sketchy both allude to the kaliuresis happening in the distal collecting tubule as compensation for decreased sodium concentration. But since this topic is more explicitly covered on other cards, I guess we do not need to be so granular here. But I would still say “compensatory potassium secretion” just to give a small amount of clarification.
