Don’t think I would change. UW QID describes patient with IBS-D and asks about pharmacologic management and answer is “Tricyclic antidepressant.” Explanation says that it is preferred for IBS-D, could maybe add a note to extra that it has potential to also help abdominal pain in IBS-C
