Think we can make c1 the first part of card, c2 = “SIGE”, c3 = “CAPS”? So # clozed per card would be 5-4-4
@AnKing-Maintainers Currently 13 clozes on this one. Think this would be the first large 1b1 we break up into separate cards. Thoughts on my suggestion above?

personally like having all SIG E CAPS under 1 cloze cause its very HY for step and OSCEs - if someone has low mood / depression then you need to ask all these questions together, but okay with CTE’s version if most maintainers agree
Agree with @thomas.holmes - when it comes to psych questions, if I saw depressed mood I would literally write out “SIGECAPS” and put check marks next to the letters that they met to see if they fit criteria for MDD. Would rather keep that as is (8 clozes for mnemonic) and separate the rest into c2
@AnKing-Maintainers like this idea as well, hadn’t thought to do that. Would be at the upper limit (8 clozes) of what we want 1b1 to be going forward though.
Let’s put it to a proper vote since we’ve got two good options now:
- Cloze C1 start; C2 SIGE; C3 CAPS (5-4-4)
- Cloze C1 start; C2 SIGECAPS (5-8)

@AnKing-Maintainers although the card is done but we have mentioned anhedonia twice, once in mnemonic and also in text header. Needs correction!!
Think card is correct as is. Diagnostic criteria is 5 symptoms, at least one of which being depressed mood or anhedonia. So depressed mood or anhedonia + 4 other SIGECAPS symptoms is correct
