I think this card used to say 25 then it was changed to 20 because first aid changed it.
Seem like Uworld uses a different cut-off.
Amboss aligns with first-aid and explains the difference due to the following:
“This definition is consistent with the one proposed by the 6th World Symposium on Pulmonary Hypertension, however, its adoption remains controversial. The previous cutoff of mPAP > 25 mm Hg at rest, as defined in the 2009 American College of Cardiology Foundation/American Heart Association (ACCF/AHA) Expert Consensus Document on Pulmonary Hypertension, has been criticized for its lack of supportive evidence. Concerns are ongoing about the risk of over diagnosis with the new cutoff vs. that of under diagnosis with the previous cutoff.”
I guess my suggestion should be ignored
