UWorld gives us perspective for what hard questions actually are haha. I remember when identification questions used to be all there was early on in undergrad.

My bad, I think a couple of notifications must have skipped my attention:
QID 404189:
Question also deals with growth hormone; in particular it requires the discrete knowledge that GH is released from the pituitary specifically. Is also just a discrete recognition questions, fairly straightforward.
