Could you please specify what is incorrect with the image? The first row (which has the largest font size) indicates that the BMI in AN is < 18.5.
We aim to keep our images focused on the most important aspects for comparison and contrast. The most critical factor for AN is an underweight BMI. Including too much detail about the two subtypes would likely distract from this key point. Additionally, the two major subtypes are already well-covered by the current cards in the deck.
