@Ahmed7 I’ve usually been going off of Wikimedia Commons to know which CC rule to hyperlink (e.g., 4.0). How do you usually go about confirming which it is for other sites? Just wondering so I know where to go in the future. On the webpage here, I don’t see mention of author or copyright rules but I know it won’t always show up

For other sites, they must state somewhere what license the content is under

You can email the website owner here and ask them what their copyright policy is: lacombe@zoology.ubc.ca

If no copyright information is found on a website, I err on the side of caution and assume it is copyrighted.

So in this case I couldn’t find it which means I can’t use it (unless I get permission from the author to use it in a commercial context)

@pingasingming I haven’t heard back from the author of the UBC page you linked for permission to include the image. But I did find a similar image to include. It doesn’t visually break down the types of connective tissue like the UBC image does, so if I hear back from the author, I’ll replace the image. For now, I’ll close this suggestion. Thank you for making this suggestion!
