@anking-maintainers strongly support - must know IV vs. oral for this QID!

That question is more getting at the general idea of giving an enzyme (large protein) therefore must be IV and not having to know the ROA for this specific drug. We’ve got 4 other cards like this for the other lysosomal storage diseases that don’t mention the ROA at all.

I’d prefer this didn’t get clozed and we just explain you can’t give enzymes orally because of first pass etc in the extra for those that don’t know that yet. Feels like a general principle of pharm that should be understood.

Okay with suggestion if majority like it, think it’d be better to move IV from text to extra section and put it in bold with explanation

Looking back at question again and I agree with this assessment - QID is not so much about tx of Gaucher’s as it is about pharm/physio properties. Changing my vote to leave card as is.
