Support - point mutations only swap out one base for another. This might lead to a stop codon (or nonsense mutation), but this isn’t considered a frameshift - which is more specifically an insertion or deletion of a base or multiple bases as @mrnobyl pointed out. For this reason, point mutations and frameshift mutations are mutually exclusive
