I believe that would be better
A quick way to convert it is to paste it into an AI that allows you to give it pictures and tell it to convert it to an html table that you can paste into Anki (add that it shouldn’t edit anything and create the table verbatim so that it doesn’t editorialize anything)
Then you can make some slight edits with the T5 addon (usually only needs formatting edits) to match our table style
