I’d personally just leave polio in this card, it’s still a high yield virus to know and this card is just asking for the commonly known / tested enteroviruses. Wound be okay just adding a note to extra that polio is mostly eradicated now though
Agree that it is an important virus to cover, but it already has around 15 Specific notes, which emphasize its importance. The word “common” may mislead someone in choosing polio in a possible aseptic meningitis CV.

Picking polio depends on the context in the question and for board purposes, we can keep this in text to keep it simple and add a note in extra to let learners know that isn’t common
