I’d say 2 clozes with 5 and 6 so that OR PAIN is one cloze
Super minor detail but we might want to put ANA with the SLE cloze; so c1 on “OR PAIN” as even if you don’t have the association for the mnemonic linked to the disease just yet you’d be able to answer it pretty easily if you could see ANA

Nah, my bad. We use MD SOAS/P BRAIN for SLE diagnosis.
This one seems for step 1.
I think RASH OR on one cloze and PAIN on the second cloze? seems like the first few sxs are easier to remember than the ones for PAIN. Agree that you may have to change the original SLE cloze to c2 in that case since ANA and antibodies may spoil

I see the reasoning for c2 on SLE, but that makes this different from every other mnemonic card. Support the split otherwise, though
