We’re sort of in the same spot, in that Kaplan states pretty plainly that this is one of the ways that calcium is decreased via calcitonin (I haven’t double-checked the UWorld textbooks yet). So the card is not incorrect as-is.
I sort of land in the same spot as the previous edit which is that it’s a sizeable change and might be better served by noting relevant addeundum details in the Extra field (rather than the Text field), instead of overhauling the entire text of the main part of the card on users.
