I believe both are acceptable locations depending on the resource you are using. Not sure about the discrepancy between the image and card.

@hisham242 is correct, I believe there is a discrepancy between major resources and that’s how this issue was introduced

for the cloze/exams left lower sternal border (LLSB) should be enough, 4th or 5th can be mentioned in the extra section
Yeah, Amboss at least says 4th for tricuspid regurgitation
Just took step 1 and I recall them using “left lower sternal border” for this location
