FAS1 2024 and Amboss both say “Malignant, aggressive” - pretty sure this is based on Pathoma videos

Pathoma says: “Benign, but presence of immature tissue (usually neural) or somatic malignancy (usually squamous cell carcinoma of skin) indicates malignant potential.” Quick Google search results all say it is malignant. Even Wikipedia says this is basically synonymous with malignant teratoma. Ok with change, might add rationale for change to extra.
