I think that recent is fine. AMBOSS uses that term as well (https://next.amboss.com/us/article/9S0Nbf#Y709ca08faa04aec83ec3c4621e599334). Maybe we could add clarification by UW in the Extra. Without recent, the card can imply that the test remains positive for years/forever.
