I’ve forgotten it but I think FNAC is first step along with TIRADS scoring…afaik
May warrant bx is correct - get FNAC if suspicious nodule ≥ 1 cm, large nodule ≥ 1.5-2 cm, RFs for malignancy but monitor with US otherwise
I vote to remove biopsy part to extra (covered by other cards) and push
