I think just adding ‘vesicular’ or ‘normal’ before breath sounds would work without adding an extra cloze 1 for bronchial. The card nid:1474503845229 covers that concept already and adding an extra cloze makes this card unnecessarily long.
The extra field image already states that normal lung sounds include vesicular in the peripheral lung fields.
