a note about this was added to the extra today
i think in general, with all these cards that talk about either increased or decreased breath sounds, they are talking about in general vesicular
Does the UW question itself make a distinction between vesicular and bronchial?
I don’t have access to UW step 1
If the question does, I think we could add it too. If not, or if the explanation does (but the question doesn’t), I think we should leave it as is
@AnKing-Maintainers yea or nah?

QID in question is patient with pneumothorax - explanation mentions increased breath sounds for consolidation, seems to be referring to bronchial sounds. Personally, I think it is fairly obvious that the cards are asking about increased/decreased NORMAL breath sounds (IMO, still no change needed)
My instinct is to answer “bronchial” breath sounds. Based on the three open suggestions, it seems like others are thinking the same thing.
I suggested a hint above that forces people to pick between increased or decreased breath sounds (implying normal). Could also just add one word to indicate the card is asking about normal breath sounds
@AnKing-Maintainers we could maybe do
Pneumonia may present with {{c1::bronchial}} breath sounds and {{c2::dullness}} to percussion
With the recent clarification added to the extra I think we can just let that settle in before we make any more changes.
