Think this was recently changed by @dollajas when adding link to MDCalc? They use >19 (same as >= 20)

Yeah I did change that based off MDcalc when adding in scoring criteria. It was >20 before (which is what is shown in sketchy step 2 and amboss) but the guideline itself is >19 so I figured keeping it 20 but using ≥ would be cleaner. What do you think? This is a gray area

Ah that makes sense, ya definitely a gray area, 7mmol/L is 19.6 mg/dL so the numbers don’t exactly line up either. Probably simplest to leave as is then
