  • COMLEX QID is just partner to 1393
  • Step 2 QID 18591 answer is “give vancomycin and ceftriaxone”
  • Don’t have access to Step 3 UW right now

step3 uses vanco + 3red gen cephalo (in the table) for anyone older than 1 month
In the explanation, the wrote " Ceftriaxone (in bold) or cefotaxime covers …

Either of these two 3rd gen would be fine, but ceftriaxone is so much more commonly tested that I think this just simplifies it
