I agree with changing prochlorperazine (probably included since it’s on the recommended treatment options for hyperemesis gravidarum, but it’s not H1 so unrelated to card). AMBOSS doesn’t specifically list meclizine and instead also recommends dimenhydrinate (https://next.amboss.com/us/article/_q05ah#Ilo0Njc0MGU2Y2U1MDY1Y2M5MGU2NDU4Y2E4MDRjM2M3MCI=). So that’d be my preferred agent to replace prochlorperazine in this list.
