I don’t like the mobile version of eTG added in the suggestion @mrvhyte . I agree this card needs review though I remember there were lots of sources contradicting each other on this though. I also think the existing card does align with eTG; although I agree it’s more vague with respect to lithium.
The original card said “Of note, antipsychotics and anticonvulsants have not been shown to interfere with ECT”. Whereas eTG says “Continuing an antiepileptic is likely to reduce the efficacy of ECT, prolong the course of ECT and impair cognition.” Idk if other sources differ on that, but going by eTG seems like a safe bet. @Stapedius
Fixed the eTG screenshot, and also added “psychotropic”, because I presume there’s other drugs that should be discontinued more from an anesthetic perspective then a psych ECT perspective

Weird I think I added the full eTG screenshot to the eTG but for some reason it’s not working through the ankihub website. Whenever I try to edit the note it looks like its there, but then when I save changes it goes away. When we work out what to change the card too, and its accepted, I can try add the eTG using the anki addon? @Stapedius
