Because the question (text) says “typically” i am leaning toward multiple nodules and keep it as it is
I am sure there is another card where there is only one nodule and anemia or bleeding and the answer was mets to the liver

Agree with mohannad that it says typically in text so no need to change
Ok it doesn’t say typically in the card anymore
I think this is important because the UW QID I linked says "Ultrasound reveals a solitary liver lesion measuring 2x3 cm. Which is the most likely diagnosis?
It’s also important bec its an exception to the general rule that usually mets present with multiple nodules
As others have mentioned this is already testing what is the more likely presentation; I think it’s more useful to keep it that way.
For context, the two Step 1 UW QIDs listed here involve being able to recognize the presence of multiple lesions in order to answer met to liver so it doesn’t seem worth the card to rely on the single question testing the exception

This card is about a solitary lesion and the answer is liver mets
If the UW qID you mentioned is not between the tags maybe we can add it
