@gjohnson1 What NBOME exam was this? COMSAE doesn’t give rationals so was this WelCOM?
Yes I’m sorry, it was WELCom! Hopefully this is allowed, but here is a screenshot:
Also, I apologize for submitting this one twice, my Anki glitched and the box popped up again a few minutes after I submitted with the sentence half-written, so I didn’t know if it was submitted in the first place and wrote it again. I apologize!
@OMM-Support This goes against every other resource (UW, AMBOSS, Savarese) Thoughts on how to handle this?
I’m thinking reject. or if we add only put it as an “according to WELCOM” clarifier in the extra.
I say that we leave it but can put a caveat in the explanation that “according to WelCOM…”
Maybe the wording of this question and answers. If you rotate the PELVIS to the left side it would be the same as rotating the torso to the right side. Cause technically if the patient is lying down you can’t have them rotate their torso only their pelvis.
This is from the Atlas of Osteopathic Techniques (4th ed) I accessed from MSU libraries. It says F SART.
