@Anking-Maintainers
I did some major changes here for many reasons
[1] The card is primarily based on UW qID 3112, which discusses a post-term pregnancy with a low Biophysical Profile (BPP) where the answer is uteroplacental insufficiency
The original card said that post-term pregnancies with signs of hypoxia require surveillance starting from 41 weeks. This is not entirely accurate because it should be suspected hypoxia, not hypoxia alone, as fetal hypoxia is an indication for delivery, signs of hypoxia are an indication for surveillance at any time, not just after 41 weeks and all patients should be screened after 41 weeks, not only those with signs of hypoxia (nid:1548076993541)
[2] The signs of hypoxia mentioned in the text are identified using the Biophysical Profile (BPP). Therefore, it is incorrect to say that the next step is to look for signs of hypoxia when we already use the BPP for this purpose
[3] I made these changes based on my understanding of the question, let me know what you think
There is a card already asking about the screening after 41 weeks and i assume there are cards asking about uteroplacental insufficiency after 41 weeks and i thought maybe this is the best way to change this card!!
Overall think this change is way more than needed / current version not really incorrect
