regarding this, want to see if UWorld tests the naive fact, this might just be things that don’t matter in the grand scheme of getting questions right

I think this is pretty inconsequential; the most important one that needed the clarification would be hairy cell (mature B-cells) and that was already changed. I don’t think this hurts, but I wouldn’t call it necessary by any means
