I think the card is correct because it is stating Angiodysplasia is confirmed by angiography which is the gold-standard test. From what I remember angiodysplasia can be hard to diagnose on endoscopy. Here’s screenshots from AMBOSS question explanations I just found.
tl;dr definite diagnoses usually requires angiography

I think we should change the text to say what is the gold standard in diagnosing angiodysplasia = angiography, then add to extra the other modalities

The gold-standard test for diagnosing angiodysplasia is {{c1::angiography}}
Endoscopy (e.g., EGD, colonoscopy) is typically done <u>first</u>, though definitive diagnosis may require angiography
