Don’t think this is bad for treatment cards; that recall order makes sense here. But most one-by-one cards are about diagnosis from my experience, which requires the opposite recall order in my mind
I agree that it’s difficult to remember the mnemonic without the prompts, but I’d suggest creating new cards to test what the mnemonic is for specific diseases. This way these cards remain the same, and users don’t have to use the new cards if they feel don’t think they need to. Ex. “The treatments for prophylactic treatment of chronic gout can be remembered by the mnemonic {{c1::“Prevent A Painful Flare”}}”
