Plus i think groin is meant in the second note (instead of group)

Not sure there is any added benefit to changing the cloze, and probably would just add confusion instead.
but I think the edit in the extra would be appropriate.

I think the added specificity would help answer any step/shelf questions and is not consistent with level of detail this card is going for.
