seems more of a front-back card, if we want another hint that its asking for more details, we could add a hint or split it to it says "Acrisine reaction is when …(hint: what happens), causing …(hint:change).
Could work with or without hint in my opinion.

Updated. I’m not convinced that it’s perfect, though it’s better than it was before
I went back and forth on the hint, and couldn’t think of something that didn’t sound redundant, or repetitive
