Would suggest switching the parentheses, since the primary answer is the three steps:
{{c1::NPO, NG suctioning, IV fluids (conservative management)}}
I am totally fine pushing this. But is there even a need to have the phrase “conservative management” here? Unless that terminology is specifically emphasized on the Uworld questions, there is no loss by taking those two words out.
Amboss even uses the terms “initial”, “basic” or “supportive” managment.
