My vote might be to leave as is. As far as I can tell in the article it doesn’t specify viral hepatitis initially. It does list lots of viruses later on, including the hepatitis ones. But I’m wondering if they were intending that hepatitis in general (whether it’s viral, toxin, drug, autoimmune etiology, etc.), can lead to aplastic anemia.
