AMBOSS says “10% of angiomyolipomas are associated with TSC and 25–50% of patients with TSC develop angiomyolipomas. Tuberous sclerosis is associated with multiple angiomyolipomas that occur bilaterally.”

original text was “If Bilateral, assume Tuberous Sclerosis (per AMBOSS 2023)” this gives the impression that you must automatically assume its tuberous sclerosis, which is not what AMBOSS says
