Edit was Extra formatting. I was also wondering if this needed to be updated but didn’t think it would be tested. If NBME 13 has surgery instead of CT for very-high Alvarado scores, then I’d lean towards changing. This would require a change notice.
@AnKing-Maintainers - another suggestion submitted w/ same reasoning, I’ve double checked with AMBOSS and uworld, AMBOSS confirmed and uworld just says “Scores ≥7 suggest a higher probability of appendicitis, and diagnostic imaging is recommended for scores ≥4” in the medical library. Wondering if we should push this
